"Whites Only" sign in front of Barber Shop

A barber in Lafayette, Louisiana has a sign out front of his shop that reads "whites only." According to him, he simply does not know how to cut black people's hair, so he put the sign up so he wouldn't have to keep telling blacks who came in that he didn't know how to cut their hair.
